I ordered from heytea.com i kind of wish I’d gotten a little extra topping because that was the only part that felt a bit light. The drink size itself was fair for the price, not massive, but enough that I felt satisfied after. Overall, I was happy with it and would order again. Solid 4 stars from me.

I had been meaning to stop by this place for a while and finally found a time that worked, so I drove over thinking I could get a few things taken care of. The location was easy enough to find and everything seemed fine until I got there and realized they weren’t actually open. Turns out the store hours listed weren’t right, so it ended up being a wasted trip.

I ordered my drink with less sugar and light ice, thinking it would be perfect. At first I was like, okay, can’t wait to try this, then one sip in and my mood flipped real quick. It was super sweet and packed with ice. what’s the point of offering customization if they’re just going to ignore it?

I do like HEYTEA drinks. The flavors are good, and I’ve probably had around 5 or 6 drinks there that I’d happily order again. But the whole location situation is kind of annoying.

The store closest to me is inside a really busy mall, and parking can easily take 10 to 15 minutes on a normal day. If you’re not driving, it’s not that convenient either because the train station is still maybe a 15-minute walk away, so a simple drink run ends up taking way longer than expected.

I checked heytea.com to see if there were any better options nearby, but there really aren’t many, at least not within a reasonable distance for me. The drinks are definitely nice, but when it takes close to an hour just to grab one, it starts feeling like too much hassle

Ugh. Every time I try to place an order, it feels like half the drinks are unavailable. The one I actually wanted was gone again today. Annoying

The drink was actually good, I was going to say it was worth the wait, but the wait was a bit too long for me.

I actually like the drinks, but the loyalty stuff on heytea.com feels kind of pointless. The points build up so slowly, and when you finally check the rewards, they don’t seem that great. The site also makes it weirdly hard to figure out what I can actually use. After paying, I start second-guessing whether the perks are even being applied right, which makes the whole thing feel a bit shady

I tossed the cup in my bag and expected at least a little leaking, but it stayed completely sealed. Even around the rim and under the lid, there wasn’t a single sticky spot. Impressed with the packaging.

I like heytea because the menu has a solid mix of options. They’ve got fruit teas, cheese foam drinks, milk teas, and usually some seasonal stuff too, so I’d say I probably try something different more often than not. I’m giving it around 4 stars because the menu can feel a little overwhelming at first, and a few items seem to disappear quickly. Still, overall, the variety is nice

I ordered from heytea.com and the payment part was actually smoother than I expected. Like, I put in my card, hit pay, and it just went through right away, no random error or having to start over, which I always appreciate. The only thing I noticed was the payment page took a little longer to load on my phone than I would’ve liked, but once it finally came up, everything was easy. Overall, not bad at all.

I ordered from heytea.com i kind of regret it. The drink itself was okay, but the cheese foam was disappointing. It tasted thin and flat, not creamy like I was expecting, and it mixed into the drink way too quickly. For the price, I really thought it would be better.

I went in after ordering and there was pretty much nowhere to sit. People were just standing around holding their drinks, and it felt like I was begging for a spot just to sit down for a few minutes. Kind of annoying when you’re trying to relax and the whole space feels packed with no plan. They really need to add more seating or figure out the layout better.

I went to HEYTEA already expecting it to be a nice spot, it kind of confirmed what I thought. The place had a really good vibe — clean, bright, and not too loud. The staff kept the line moving without it feeling rushed, which I appreciated. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a drink, sit for a bit, and just feel comfy and relaxed. Definitely matched the good impression I had in my head.

I got exactly what I ordered, so I can’t really complain. It’s actually good, even if I wasn’t totally sure at first. Overall, I’m satisfied enough with it

i like HeyTea and usually grab it when i’m near a store, but the drinks can be a little hit or miss depending on the location. some shops make the tea and cheese foam taste really good, but other times it comes out kind of watery or way too sweet.
service is usually okay, though it also depends on the store. i’ve had a few visits where the wait was longer than i expected, but overall it’s still decent. i just wish the drinks were more consistent from place to place.

The drinks showed up only kind of cold, which was a little disappointing. They still tasted good, but it definitely made me question whether they’re handling orders carefully enough. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again.

The boba was super soft and chewy, not hard at all, and the cheese foam tasted really fresh. i’m blaming the toppings because they made the whole drink way better than I expected.

The drinks tasted good, but uh, the prices felt way too high for the size. I paid almost as much as I would for a meal and still left feeling like I got kind of ripped off

I’ve ordered from HeyTea a few times now, they’ve been consistently good. The drinks taste fresh, the fruit pieces don’t seem old or overly sweet, and the tea has a really clean flavor. You can tell they’re using decent ingredients. My mango drink especially was a win, fresh, smooth, and not that fake artificial taste. Delivery was totally fine too. I’d definitely order again
